All our shipments leave from our warehouse located in Las Rozas, Madrid. Once you have placed your order, we undertake to prepare and send it within a maximum of 24 working hours. We want you to receive our products as soon as possible so that you can get the best version of yourself.

Returns:

At Skin Shine, your satisfaction is our number one priority. That's why we offer a 0-risk guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to manufacturing defects, we are here to help.

Whatever happens, we offer you the peace of mind of knowing that if you need to return your product due to manufacturing defects, we will send you another product at no cost. We want you to have the confidence to try our products without worries and for your shopping experience to be completely satisfactory.

If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, it will not be accepted for reasons of hygiene and safety. Beauty and cosmetic products, being in contact with the skin, cannot be resold once opened. For this reason, we only make exchanges in the case of proven manufacturing defects. If your product has a defect, contact us within the first 14 days after receiving the order to arrange the exchange.
